Return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. No questions asked.

Condition

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We can't accept returns on opened lids or seals for hygiene reasons.

How to return

Email hello@stakcontainers.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 1 business day. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Opened lids and seals cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refund

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email hello@stakcontainers.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
